At The Town Tours, we strive to provide an exceptional experience while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our participants. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below:

Tours Run Rain or Shine

• Our guided tours will operate in all weather conditions, including rain, to ensure you enjoy the unique charm and history of our destinations, regardless of the forecast.

• Please dress appropriately for the weather to maximize your comfort during the walk.

Modifications or Cancellations by The Town Tours

• In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may compromise the safety of participants, The Town Tours reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour.

• If a tour is modified, rescheduled, or cancelled by us:

o Participants will be offered an alternative date for the tour.

o If rescheduling is not possible or preferred, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations by Participants

• If you need to cancel your booking, written notice must be provided to The Town Tours at least 12 hours prior to the original tour date.

o Cancellations made with at least 12 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund and will be rescheduled.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned via the original payment method.
